Enfotek continues to enhance its ERP, PLM, and PDM Software Solutions, making ERP systems more efficient with its evolving structure. Most recently, a custom application for the Fabric Quality Control Machine has been integrated into Enfotek ERP Systems. This application enables the real-time display of counter and weight information on the interface and automatically transfers this data to the ERP system.
NO ROOM FOR ERROR
With this new feature, once the fabric is placed in the quality control machine, the Quality Application is initiated through the ERP system. The batch is selected, and the quality control process begins. Any errors found in the inspected fabrics are immediately reflected in the system. Data is automatically transferred from the scale into the application. The process is completed on the system with the "finish batch" option.
PROCESS RUNS AUTOMATICALLY
If the fabrics require repair, they are directed to the repair department; if ready for shipment, they are forwarded to the shipping warehouse. All these operations are carried out through the ERP system, which also allows for the automatic generation of the roll tag and the defect list.
