Tuğrul Tamtürk, General Manager of Enfotek ERP and Software Solutions, has shared insights on the expectations for the year 2024 and the projects Enfotek will be undertaking this year. In the fourth part of our interview, Tamtürk discusses the focus areas for Enfotek ERP and Software Solutions in 2024. Tamtürk's statements are as follows:
"The Digital Transformation Scorecard continues to hold significance in 2024. With this scorecard, we can run diagnostic queries we've developed specifically for our clients in real-time, allowing us to see how much they are utilizing each module. This system enables a company to see the extent of their efficiency losses at any stage and take necessary precautions. In Turkey, there is no other ERP system that delves into this area like we do. Currently, we are able to see the Digital Transformation Scorecard for each company and by module. Our goal for 2024 is to refine our focus to the level of individual employees within units, allowing us to see how long each task takes. Through activity monitoring, we can also measure actual work hours which are typically hard to quantify in a workplace."
AI-ENHANCED REPORTS
"At Enfotek, we aim to continue our Digital Transformation Reports with AI versions in 2024, teaching the AI how to interpret Digital Scorecard data to provide us with more effective reporting results. AI can easily learn programming languages and develop logic. We plan to teach our EFR (Enfotek Quick Report System) format to AI as well. We've conducted prototype tests and received promising results. Our goal is to have users explain what report they need to the system, and with AI support, produce the most suitable report."
IMPLEMENTING COMPANY PERFORMANCE REPORTS
"We plan to generate smart reports based on business data. We aim to report trends directly to managers, such as reasons behind changes in annual customer numbers, quality, or production figures, and suggest actions for the company. This will allow assessments based on personnel, units, or products. We also envisage integrating all AI outputs with our mobile application for a more realistic and reliable system through real-time data."
TARGETING EXPORTS
"One of Enfotek’s major goals is to enter the export market. By branching into exports, we aim to achieve our growth objectives. For the past year, we have been in contact with consultancies connected to foreign markets. There is potential for franchising. Especially, we aim to sell software and automation products to countries where the textile industry is developing. We can significantly accelerate Turkey’s exportation by selling high-tech value-added products. Technology export isn’t an easy task, hence we are looking to expand our dealer network."
