We expanded our ERP system with new modules to strengthen AI integration, providing clients with swift installation capabilities. We launched innovative services like the Digital Transformation Scorecard, made advancements in cost analysis, and introduced Illuminated Alert Systems, offering customized solutions across various industries. A FIRST IN TURKEY
With its newly added features, Enfotek ERP and Software Solutions has not only increased production efficiency but has also provided a more robust ERP system to its users. Achieving the integration of multiple ERP systems in combined facilities and the ease of establishing a digital supply chain across different production units represent pioneering developments in Turkey.
TWO NEW MODULES
Enfotek continued to facilitate professional users' work processes by introducing two new modules, further enhancing a fast and modern ERP service with the launch of Enfotek CRM and CRM Plus, as well as Enfotek Cloud Solutions.
TRANSFORMATION WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Enfotek strengthened its offerings with artificial intelligence technology. The company embarked on AI training endeavors, aiming to deliver a superior service to ERP users with its expert AI research and development efforts. With Enfotek's AI support, services can be automatically tailored to user needs.
CUSTOM DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION REPORT CARD
Enfotek provided a special module in its ERP systems that generates a "Digital Transformation Report Card" for clients. This tool allows for the rapid querying and analysis of hundreds of parameters, enabling firms to clearly identify the strengths and areas for improvement within their digital infrastructures.
EASY INSTALLATION, FAST DIGITIZATION
In 2023, Enfotek offered businesses rapid ERP system installations with its developed infrastructure and new version releases. Numerous companies achieved their digital transformations within six months, proficiently utilizing the ERP Systems.

By adding the Weighted Average feature to integrated ERP systems for various sectors, Enfotek has provided textile industry ERP users with improved analysis of cutting data and accurate calculation of their costs.
ENFOTEK ILLUMINATED ALERT SYSTEMS
Enfotek introduced the Illuminated Alert Systems, a smart warning mechanism designed for use in different areas within a factory. Controlled by software and easy to install, the Illuminated Alert System promptly alerts workers in case of production line failures.

The Enfotek Industrial Sector ERP Solution, MDS, continued to evolve in 2023 and effectively serve across diverse sectoral applications. It provides end-to-end management of production processes with integrated solutions for every stage, aiding businesses of all sizes in accurately controlling costs amidst varied production processes.
COMPLETE CONTROL OVER BUSINESS PROCESSES
The Enfotek Process Plan Module offered professional ERP users numerous conveniences, allowing for the effortless management of process steps, from customer orders to detailed planning based on variants, country, and deadlines. This module can also manage the processes of sample-prototype production as well as R&D Center, Tübitak TEYDEP projects, or corporate development projects.
HORIZONTAL EXPANSION IN SECTORS
As in previous years, Enfotek continued to sign new agreements and expanded its professional user base. Among the companies choosing Enfotek ERP and Software Solutions were Hayri Uğur Textile, active in the European market and producing ready-made garments from woven fabrics, Ege Dövme providing services to automotive, railways, agriculture, aviation, defense, and machinery industries, and Wagner MT, established in 2016 in Adana's Seyhan district focusing on casting and metal processing.
GROWING NUMBER OF SOLUTION PARTNERS
Enfotek continued its efforts to introduce and offer its ERP and Software Solutions to a broader audience. Building upon its network of leading consulting firms from previous years, Enfotek formed alliances with three new partners, including HC Information Technology offering software development consulting, CFO Financial Services Inc. in the finance sector, and Early Technologies, a consultancy firm based in the UK.
DEVELOPMENTS CONTINUE UNABATED
This year too, Enfotek presented many advancements to its customers, taking the user experience to the next level. Notable developments in the Enfotek Human Resources Module included Automatic Social Security Registrations/De-registrations, Payroll Simulations, and Mobile Leave and Advance Requests. The Enfotek Financial Affairs Module also continuously evolved with updates compliant with legislation and regulations.
A PUSH IN COMMUNICATIONS
Before entering 2024, Enfotek hosted the Enfotek Digital Development Seminar to inform its business partners about technological innovations and future plans. The seminar, held over the Zoom Platform, covered Enfotek's developments in 2023 and the goals set for 2024.
General Manager of Enfotek Inc., Tuğrul Tamtürk, participated as a speaker at the 6th Istanbul SME's and Informatics Congress organized by Istanbul Informatics Association (IBB). At the congress held on June 15, 2023, in Istanbul Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone DES Conference Hall, Tamtürk spoke at the panel titled "AI and Digital Future in SMEs."
General Coordinator of Enfotek ERP and Software Solutions, Aslı Tamtürk, gave an interview to the magazine of the İzmir Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (İZSİAD). The interview, titled "İzmir Maintains Its Potential to Become a Software City," was extensively featured in the association's quarterly official publication.
CERTIFICATE OF HONOR PRESENTED
Enfotek Inc., which has been producing ERP and software solutions for various fields such as textile, industry, and construction for over a quarter of a century, was honored with a Certificate of Appreciation by İzmir Chamber of Commerce (İZTO) for completing 20 years of membership.
PROJECTS MOVING FORWARD FULL STEAM
Enfotek ERP and Software Solutions continued its customer-focused approach unabated in 2023. The Process Plan Module training for Sına Textile, a well-established textile company in İzmir that has been using EDS for many years, was completed successfully and delivered. The company is now able to track real data of the ordering, supply, production, and shipping planning processes through the Process Plan Module.
Having fully completed the EDS training sessions within the planned schedule, Gökhan Textile decided to integrate its garment section with Enfotek EDS and to manage the workflow and processes of its dyeing plant and yarn factory with Enfotek's corporate ERP Solution, MDS.
Veritas Textile, a leading textile company in Denizli, has been running its business processes successfully for nearly a decade through Enfotek EDS and has fully integrated the Enfotek Human Resources Module into its system for personnel processes.
