Hello, I'm Nazife Eskicioglu. I graduated from Uşak University Textile Engineering Department in 2012. I have been working as an EDS Project Manager at MOSI Tekstil for 6,5 years.
Can we get information from you about MOSI Tekstil?
MOSI Tekstil is a company consisting of 5 locations. We have 2 factories in the central region of Çiğli Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone, 2 in Albania, 1 in Şanlıurfa and 1 in Buca Aegean Organized Industrial Zone (BEGOS). Purchasing and planning processes are carried out in the central area. At the same time, this is the area where customer relations are carried out. Other units are in production. We have around 900 employees. We produce for many countries, especially for countries such as Germany, England and Spain.
How many years has MOSI Tekstil been using EDS? What is the reason for preference?
MOSI Tekstil has been using EDS since 2010. I have also been using EDS for 6,5 years. The reason why our company prefers EDS; There is no other ERP program that we can run textiles as comprehensively as EDS. EDS meets all our demands in this regard. Since everyone in the company is used to the system, it is now indispensable for us.
How many people are actively using EDS in the company? What are the general impressions?
Around 100 people actively use EDS. Day by day, the usage skill and appreciation is increasing. In particular, the ease of reporting reduces the workload of everyone and makes them happy.
What advantages does EDS offer you?
We can follow every process of the work from EDS. We can get answers to all questions such as how many orders we have, who is doing what on that order, what is the workload of the people, what is the status of the orders. It makes it easy for us to respond to our customers. We can instantly tell where the order is at what stage. We are a factory dealing with multiple orders at the same time. It is impossible to follow-up all of these trackings without EDS.
What are your favorite features to use in EDS?
Pivots and reports are the best for me. As someone who deals mostly with reports, it makes our life easier very much. It broadens our perspective. And of course I love the cost part.
