Hello, I'm Betül Evli. I’m working for Yalaz Tekstil as Customer Representative. I have been doing it for 6 years. I am a graduate of Ege University Textile Engineering Department.
Can we get information from you about Yalaz Tekstil?
Yalaz Tekstil is a company that aims to produce timely and quality products for its customers. It is a company that shows the sensitivity of giving products of the same quality and standard to a customer from the first order to the last order. We are an export-oriented company. Currently, 60 people are working in Yalaz Tek. There are units such as management, administrative staff, white collar, production, cutting department, sewing, packaging and warehouse.
How many years has Yalaz Tekstil been using EDS? And why did you choose EDS?
If I have to talk about my own experience, I have been using EDS for 6 years. It immediately comes to the fore with features such as instant data access and retrospective data queries. It is also a very important program in terms of data security. EDS helps us a lot with its functionality when making an prime cost or entering the information of an order. Access to the purchasing module and retrospective prices is also a huge plus. EDS provides great convenience for us.
What are your 3 favorite features in EDS?
Cost is the part that I particularly enjoy using. It provides great convenience to follow up the orders and I can say to reach old data. These features I have listed also explain the functionality of the program in business life.

Would you recommend an ERP program such as EDS to companies in the installation process? What advantages does this provide?
I definitely would. I worked in my old companies during the periods when the ERP program was not used. It is very difficult to keep track of these works in Excel. In the programs such as EDS, there is no data loss, the data is safely stored. You can focus on your work by entering the data. A system like EDS will be very advantageous for a new company.
What kinds of added value do systems like EDS have for ready-made clothing companies in a highly competitive environment?
In this competitive environment, it seems difficult for a company to get anywhere without ERP. As for EDS; Data analysis, data storage and data security take EDS one step forward. I can say that it is an advantage to have features such as authorized encrypted partitions and some areas to be secured and not open to everyone.
