Tuğrul Tamtürk, the Chairman of the Board for Enfotek ERP and Software Solutions, shares insights into the company's expectations for 2024 and discusses the projects that Enfotek will be executing this year in the second part of his interview series, with a focus on the Digital Supply Chain. Tamtürk emphasized the importance of digital transformation within companies, and pointed out the advantages of a Digital Supply Chain where all information is recorded and under control for leaps a company might take.

Tamtürk stated, "In a system where all business processes are under control, no one can deceive another." He continued, "This is where digital transformation comes into play. For the past 25 years, companies using Enfotek EDS and operating transparently, being able to see their own costs, are much more comfortable entering commercial collaborations with other firms. This also involves Supply Chain Management. With Enfotek EDS, if we, as the contracting company, can track the cost of the raw material, which warehouse it enters, the processes it goes through, production plans, the production release date, and production costs, then we have nothing to fear. It's as if the product were being produced in our own company; we can give out materials and conduct business with that level of confidence."

Tamtürk added: "At Enfotek, we provided digital transformation support to many companies from 2008 to 2018, helping to create their digital memory, and just last year, we managed to complete the digital transformation for a major company within three months. If you have 25 years of know-how at your disposal, you can accomplish this. Our country's industrialists need to understand the value of this know-how.”
